Warehouse and General Labour |
At Roma Fence, our complete warehouse staff has participated in both Forklift and WHMIS training. Other Health & Safety Requirements are fulfilled as necessary per position and by law. Each warehouse employee takes part in the following:
- Light to Heavy Lifting
- Forklift Driving
- Loading and unloading our clients
- Picking and Packing Customer Orders
- Some shipping and receiving
- Additional duties as required

Outside Sales Representative |
At Roma Fence, we have a sales team of over 25 outside sales representatives. Our sales representatives are required to respond to leads provided to them to generate new leads in their designated territory. Each representative works in a specific territory. From time to time, representatives travel outside of their territories by management’s request. Sales representatives at Roma Fence create their own schedules. We do not create appointment schedules for you. This position requires that you are a responsible and focused individual with multi-tasking abilities. Our peak season is generally between March and September each year, weather permitting. We are always looking for additions to our fabulous sales team! |
